Minecraft ($6.99) on iOS and Android (alongside the Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Windows 10) has been constantly updated with new features and content ever since the big update released that brought all those platforms together. Cross play and progression is something I hope many more multiplatform games get going forward. Today, Mojang detailed Realms Plus for Minecraft which will replace the current Realms subscription. Realms Plus still gives you access to a private server where up to 10 people can play together but you also now get instant access to a variety of packs for Minecraft that are included in the montly $7.99 subscription. You can sign up to try it here. The content included right now is as follows:

If you already subscribe to Realms you get upgraded to Realms Plus for free. All your friends in the same private server will get access to the content mentioned above for free as well while in the server. Minecraft Realms Plus is rolling out across iOS, Android, Windows 10, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and basically any version of Minecraft that has access to the current marketplace through the Bedrock release.
